- Abstracts must be written in clear English and should follow the prescribed format – Title, Full names of authors, Authors affiliations, Abstract content, Five keywords, Acknowledgements.
- The title should be concise and informative, with abbreviations avoided where possible. Author names, institutional affiliations, and contact details of the presenting author must be provided at the time of submission.

The total word count of the abstract text should not exceed the specified limit of maximum 250 words, excluding the title, author information and keywords.
- Authors are requested to select the most appropriate thematic session or mini-symposium and indicate their preferred presentation format (oral or poster) during the submission process. The scientific committee reserves the right to make the final decision regarding presentation type.
- All submissions will undergo peer review based on originality, scientific merit, relevance to the conference theme, clarity of presentation, and overall quality. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be communicated to the corresponding author by email.
- At least one author of each accepted abstract must register for the conference by the registration deadline for the abstract to be included in the final program and proceedings. Accepted abstracts may be published in the conference abstract book, proceedings, or associated journal supplement.
- In-person attendance is the preferred mode for this conference. However, online presentation may be considered in some exceptional cases.
- By submitting an abstract, authors confirm that all co-authors have reviewed and approved the submission and that the information provided is accurate and original. The organizing committee reserves the right to edit abstracts for formatting and language consistency if necessary.
